Summary

Surgical Care Casco Bay is a busy multi-specialty surgical practice. The Medical Secretary works alongside a team of physicians, APPs, RNs, PSR’s, MA’s and ANA’s to support the needs of the practice as a whole. We have a collaborative and supportive team that is excited to welcome a new team member and facilitate their learning of new skills and/or expanding an already established skill set.

Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)

Education: High school graduate or GED preferred.

License/Certifications: N/A

Experience: Previous medical office experience.

Knowledge and skills in using office equipment.

Knowledge of customer service concepts and techniques.

Excellent organizational skills with the ability to accomplish multiple tasks.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate clearly in person and on the phone.

Strong computer skills.
