We seek caring and compassionate professionals to provide support to students at one of our education programs at Don Watson Academy and Dr. Franklin Perkins School, in Lancaster, MA

As a Teacher Assistant/Aide, you will work as a professional partner with the classroom teacher by assisting in implementing and evaluating daily lesson plans. A teacher's aide provides instruction and guidance to students, helping them meet their academic, social, and emotional development established in their Individualized Education Program. This position opens the door for professional development by providing excellent training in the fields of special education with future opportunities for people interested and working towards becoming a special education teacher.
