Job Description

Shift: 4pm to 4am

What You'll Be Responsible For:

  • Maintain basic operation of the cleaning and sorting equipment in the Berry Delivery room
  • Safely operate the fork truck to deliver fruit to the process
  • Perform general maintenance and change slicer heads
  • Understand and complete the raptor sorter challenge protocol
  • Comply with all aspects of the Tomah Safety Policy
  • Work within established quality procedures and standards to ensure food safety
  • Rinse, clean, and sanitize the equipment and associated areas as required per SOP's and SSOP's
  • Support Bulk Operations as needed

What We're Looking For:

  • OSC Forklift Certification.
  • Knowledge/compliance of the Plant's GMP
  • Remain updated with the Plant's SOP and SSOP(s)
  • Adhere to the Plant's LOTOTO policy/procedures
  • Consistently wear proper PPE
  • Understand First-Pass Quality
  • Adheres to applicable Safety policies
  • Ability to effectively communicate with others, proficiency in reading, writing and math skills
  • Must be able to accomplish changeovers
  • Navigate controls screens
  • Good personal hygiene
