Job Description

CRITICAL RESPONSIBILITIES

Highly proficient/area expert of the Retail Packaging operations, and assists with on-the-job training/mentoring.

Key point of contact for operational setup and troubleshooting.

Will assume the Packaging Lead position/responsibilities in their absence

Acquires applicable chemical training for successful performance of chemical foaming/application(s)

Acquire OSC Forklift Certification

Responsible for the completion of Master Sanitation

Accountable for the accurate completion of quality, safety and Plant compliance documentation

Understand, operate, and troubleshoot bulk area

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES

OSC Forklift Certification

Knowledge/compliance of the Plant's GMP(s)

Remain updated with the Plant's SOP and SSOP

Responsible for the completion of Master Sanitation schedules

Consistently wears proper PPE

Understands "First-Pass-Quality"

Adheres to applicable Safety policies

Ability to navigate through PLC panel/trend Wonderware, write SOP(s), enter Maximo work orders, maintain applicable spreadsheet and Red Prairies entries

Ability to effectively communicate with others, proficiency in reading, writing and math skills

Knowledge of Optical Sorters
