Accountable for ensuring individual & store performance consistently achieves or exceeds sales, KPIs and profitability goals through the efficient servicing of customers.
Provide consistently high standards of customer experience within the Store in accordance with company's Brand Values and service standards.
Responsible for accurately processing sales, exchange, and refund transactions at the cash desk, with proper operation of the POS system, handling forms of tender with accuracy and respect, and ensuring proper discounts are applied when applicable. Also, responsible for processing employee transactions while adhering to the Associate Discount Policy & Procedure
Communicate merchandise opportunities to Store Management team and responsible for execution and processing of both incoming and outgoing merchandise
Abide by all requirements necessary to maintain a safe and compliant working and shopping environment; required to report all instances when this is not achieved to a member of the management team.
Ensure execution and maintenance of all Visual Guidelines as well as guaranteeing the visual presentation of the Store always meets or exceeds company standards.
1-2 yearsexperienced in retail industry.
Able to work in shift as a monthly based schedule (6 days a week). / Willing to work a flexible schedule and upon assignment.
Experience & familiar with using Point of Sales (POS)
Be able to adapt to various contexts and persons.
Having fashion / sport background in the international companies is preferred.
Having sport passion
Fair in both English and Thai.
