Responsibilities:

  • Help build a global treasury function including: funding strategies, banking operations, cash flows, foreign exchange management, and interest optimization
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to implement best practices and automate key processes within Treasury
  • Work closely with majority shareholder and banks to optimize debt structure (fund raising, hedging,... as needed)
  • Work closely with FP&A and global finance/operations to accurately forecast cash flow, liquidity and manage working capital
  • Manage key projects, including but not limited to debt refinancing, hedging programs, inter-company funding and integration of acquisitions
  • Develop, update and monitor Treasury operational policies; oversee internal control compliance for Treasury operations and support audit requirements
  • Proactive leadership role in driving working capital optimization globally across A/P, A/R, Payroll
  • Co-lead with the VP FP&A and the CFO the relation with bankers and rating agencies
  • Provide regular updates to management, rating agencies and Board of Directors on the Company's Capital structure
  • Risk Management: Ownership of global insurance programs, including working with internal stakeholders and broker on the annual renewal process and management of claims.
  • Mentor and Develop Treasury Analyst

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree required, with a concentration in one of the following disciplines preferred: Finance, Economics or Accounting
  • Minimum 10 years of relevant Treasury experience, international experience preferred
  • Advanced MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word skills, experience with data visualization software, such as Tableau preferred
  • Experience with treasury management systems preferred
  • Highest level of professional and ethical performance standard
