Acara Solutions seeks highly qualified candidates to work onsite for our client in Londonderry, NH. Interested?

Here's what you'll do:

  • Responsible for performing various electronic or electro-mechanical assembly operations, including skilled hand work or utilizing automated production equipment.
  • Comprehends and interprets various technical specifications, terms, and documents.
  • Determines or follows methods and sequence of operations in wiring, component installation, hand soldering, and cable harnessing on assembly units.
  • Makes setups and adjustments holding tolerances to blueprint specifications.
  • Developing support for individual contributors.
  • Works under general supervision.
  • Work is less structured within identified boundaries and procedures.
  • Identifies problems and issues in straightforward situations.
  • Less detailed instructions are provided, and moderate peer review is needed.
  • Communicates with contacts typically within the department on matters that involve obtaining or providing information requiring explanation or interpretation to understand and reach an agreement.
  • Follows established processes to complete tasks.
  • Escalates issues to supervisor for resolution.
  • Works to achieve operational targets within the job area, which impacts the overall achievement of results for the team.
  • Work is somewhat limited in scope, typically on more minor, less structured task-related activities.

  • Pay $21.00 - $25.00/Hr.
  • Hours: 9/80 Hrs./Wk.
  • Length: Temp to Direct (12 Months)

Job Requirements
Required Skills / Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Minimum of 4 years experience in assembly with smaller parts
  • Minimum of 4 years experience in screen/monitor and blueprints
