McLean Hospital is seeking to fill a part-time grant funded 12 month (.5FTE) licensed independent clinical social worker position in the McLean School Consultation Service (SCS) program.
General Summary:
McLean School Consultation Service (SCS is a multidisciplinary team of clinicians with expertise in child and adolescent mental health, Our program is dedicated to empowering schools, organizations and communities to promote the positive mental health of their students and expand the reach of evidence-based interventions to youth. Will translate strategies used in behavioral health tx clinics for use in school, home and community-based settings.
The staff social worker will take the lead in providing direct consultation and training in evidence-based practices to our partner districts and manage their consultative needs. As A SCS team member, this position will participate in peer supervision and help provide coverage for SCS team members as needed. Will also take active role in contributing to program and curriculum development for our Spanish-speaking or Brazilian-Portuguese speaking caregiver and student communities.

LICENSURE: INDEPENDENT license in Commonwealth of Massachusetts
