We are looking for a dedicated SAP Data and Analytics Analyst with 1-2 years of experience to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing and interpreting complex data sets, providing data-driven insights to help shape business decisions, and ensuring data integrity across our SAP systems.

A Day in the Life...

  • Knowledge and experience in SAP tables and data structures.
  • Analyze and interpret complex data sets from SAP systems.
  • Understanding of data profiling, data validations, data cleansing & data enrichment and ensure data accuracy and integrity across multiple platforms.
  • Maintain and ensure the integrity and accuracy of data across multiple SAP platforms.
  • Consult with various stakeholders including subject matter experts to understand the source and target data models and business requirements that may also drive reporting.
  • Collaborate with business and IT teams to understand and translate business needs into data-driven solutions through data comprehension and reporting.
  • Support the development and implementation of data migration, data management or reporting processes in SAP.
  • Analyze and resolve data migration issues, and provide support for the data migration process to ensure that it runs smoothly and efficiently.
  • Develop and maintain detailed documentation of data processes and models.
  • Stay updated with the latest SAP technologies and data analysis methodologies.

What We Are Looking For:

Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience as a Data Analyst, preferably with experience in SAP systems.
  • Strong knowledge of SAP tables, data structures and systems.
  • Understanding of database structure systems and data mining.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven experience in data analysis or a similar role, preferably with SAP systems.
  • Proficiency in SAP HANA or other SAP technologies.
  • Experience with data warehousing, ETL, and Reporting and Analytics.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Education:

Bachelor's or University Degree (Required)
