We are looking for an entry-level Staff Accountant to perform accounting and analysis related to Bright Horizons' leases, fixed assets, and other misc. general ledger areas. This person will be responsible for maintaining the general ledger and preparing month-end close procedures, reconciling general ledger account balances, preparing monthly financial reports and accounting summaries, examining documents and invoices for accuracy and ensuring compliance with internal control policies and procedures and accounting standards. This role requires excellent analytic skills, knowledge of accounting principles and attention to detail, as well as a level of ethics and professionalism consistent with Bright Horizons' principles.
