As a Marketing Coordinator at FOLX Health, you will play a crucial role in fostering community engagement, executing lifecycle marketing projects, and supporting content creation initiatives. What You'll Do:

  • Execute lifecycle marketing campaigns aimed at acquiring, retaining, and nurturing customers
  • Manage community engagement efforts across social media platforms and our Community Platform, fostering meaningful interactions and connections with our audience
  • Support content creation initiatives by building blogs, posting social media content, creating assets from templates for events, etc
  • Assist in the management of marketing tools and platforms, including project management software, content management systems, and analytics tools
  • Prepare reports on key marketing metrics and surface data insights to inform decision-making

What You'll Bring:

  • Passion for serving the LGBTQIA+ community
  • 2-3 years relevant experience in marketing, communications, growth, project management, or operations
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders
  • Highly organized with strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
  • A keen attention to detail, with high standards for the work you produce
  • A flexible, collaborative approach to working both within your area of expertise and in other areas of marketing as needed
  • Bonus: Experience using ActiveCampaign, Webflow, Figma, Google Sheets, or other martech tools

Salary range: $75,000 - $95,000
