McLean Hospital is seeking to fill a .5FTE position for a licensed therapist (LICSW) in an outpatient clinic program dedicated to the assessment and treatment of adolescents, young adults and their families, focusing on the use of Dialectical Behavior Therapy as well as flexibility to incorporate alternative modes of treatment when indicated. The position is for 24 hours per week.

As part of a comprehensive outpatient program the social worker will perform clinical intake assessments, individual and group therapy with patients, family support in both individual and group settings. The clinician will participate in a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

Candidates must be licensed as an LICSW in the state of Massachusetts. DBT experience strongly preferred.


All employees must possess basic computer skills to use a variety of electronic or online systems for communication, clinical and administrative purposes.
