HNI Corporation, an industry leader in workplace furnishings, is in search of a Lean Manufacturing Engineerto join their Workplace Furnishings Operations (WFO) team at the HONFacility in Cedartown, Ga.
As a Lean Manufacturing Engineer, you will use your lean manufacturing skills to perform a variety of engineering activities as they impact our manufacturing operations. This can encompass improvements or modifications in production processes, recommendations of changes in procedures, as well as monitoring operations to ensure compliance with approved methods and quality standards. These roles require strong problem-solving skills and analytical capabilities. With this, you will capture critical knowledge of many facets of operations, as well as opportunities for long-term career growth.

  • Strong problem-solving capabilities
  • Lean Manufacturing principles including RCI, 3P, Value Stream Mapping, and statistical analysis.
