THE IMAGINE INTERNSHIP PROGRAM

The Imagine Internship Program at Cornerstone Research is a six-week experience that takes place during the summer between your junior and senior years of college/university. We have developed a comprehensive program to introduce you to different corporate functions and the culture of Cornerstone Research.

This program intends to cultivate a broader talent pipeline at the firm, by granting opportunities to students who bring a diverse perspective to the firm as a result of their adaptability, cultural fluency, resilience, and life experiences, while fostering their professional growth and skill set.

Our goal is to create accessible and equitable learning pathways to help you have exposure to a professional career path, facilitate the identification and understanding of your unique talents, professional skills, and abilities, while helping you to foster professional connections and impactful mentorship relationships with the aim of cultivating access for future career opportunities.

It is not required for you to be deeply familiar with the functions of your potential role, as our Summer Internship program will guide you through learning about your assigned role and department.

HOW YOU'LL HELP OUR TEAM SUCCEED

Key responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

    Shadowing, executing, and coordinating key marketing projects to learn and understand internal and external processes
  • Conducting research on client and competitor websites, providing improvement recommendations, and identifying promotion opportunities for the firm and individuals
  • Social media monitoring and engagement for firm initiatives
  • Conducting content review for focus tagging to categorize and organize content based on specific themes or topics
  • Collecting and organizing data for marketing reports
  • Providing various administrative support to the Marketing team, including:
    • Digitize and organize historical content
    • Enter data into various firm tools and databases
    • Audit websites to identify areas of improvement in Marketing content
  • Other tasks as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS

If the Imagine Internship Program sounds exciting to you, we encourage you to apply. We seek well-rounded, enthusiastic individuals for our Summer Intern role. Our qualifications are as follows:

  • In your junior year of an undergraduate degree; with an expected graduation date of December 2024 - June 2025
  • Interest in the Marketing field
  • Demonstrated excellent academic performance and campus leadership experience
  • Must be willing to participate in the full 6-week program from June 12, 2024 - July 26, 2024
  • Must live within commuting distance of the Cornerstone Research office, where the intern position will be located. Please see the top of this posting for the assigned Cornerstone Research office location for this role.
  • While a return offer is not guaranteed post-internship, this opportunity will help to expose you/hone your skill set for future opportunities at Cornerstone Research or another organization

COMPENSATION

For all positions across all locations, we are offering a set hourly rate of $20.00/hour for 40 hours per week for 6 weeks; interns are paid bi-weekly.
