The planned work focuses on conducting analyses, working with calculation tools, data sets, general lab activities, testing assistance with other Engineers on Technical Services projects and programs.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Set-up and run comprehensive testing on assigned projects.
• Assist site Engineers with executing testing. Testing may include mechanical construction, and electromechanical assembly.
• General lab set up and maintenance duties.
• Working on specifications documents and calculations tools.
• Assist site Engineers with data acquisition/ analysis and documentation.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• A candidate who has completed 2 or more years of basic mechanical, electro-mechanical, chemical, or other technical engineering program is required.
• Experience with technical documentation, and excel spreadsheets is desired.
• Experience or coursework with SolidWorks or similar CAD is desired.
• Hands on mechanical assembly or construction work experience is a plus.
• Duties may include repeated lifting of objects greater than 25lbs on occasion.
