UCS's Development Program
Supervised by the Senior Gift Officer, Henry Kendall Society (HKS), and in partnership with the Membership Director, Membership team, and larger Development department at Union of Concerned Scientists (UCS), the Associate Manager, HKS, exists to support UCS's mid-level giving society at scale. The Associate Manager, HKS, position is primarily responsible for stewardship, cultivation, and solicitation of UCS donors who donate in the giving ranges of $1,000 - $4,999 annually through a mix of channels, with a focus on personalized stewardship and cultivation outreach, in addition to shoring up capacity to execute less personalized mass marketing approaches. The full scope of HKS program is comprised of 4,300+ donors giving $1,000 - $24,999 a year, and cumulatively raises $7M annually, with the Fiscal Year 2024 goal of maintaining the existing retention rate of 75% or higher, growing the donor universe, and increasing revenue year-over-year.
The Position

TRAVEL
This position is eligible for remote work, with occasional travel to UCS's headquarters in Cambridge, MA, possible. Zero to 5 days of overnight travel may be required per year.

Details:
This is a full-time remote position. For those who meet all position requirements, the salary range is $71,581 to $80,530. UCS offers excellent benefits and a rewarding work environment. *CA Resident Only, we offer a 12% salary differential*
