We are looking for an talented Administrative Assistant to provide support to the Communications team of a growing non-profit in the DC metro area. The role will work closely with the Director in supporting all membership and marketing aspects for the organization.
Duties include:
- Provide administrative support to Director and Management Team
- Create and edit newsletters, presentations and member correspondence
- Prepare materials for trade shows and firm events
- Work with Communications team in logistics and member registration
- Schedule and coordinate travel and meeting arrangements for Executives
- Update and manage member information in database
