Posting Summary
Reporting to the Rutgers-University Camden Wellness Center. Incoming Fellows will receive supervised training in individual counseling/psychotherapy, comprehensive training and supervision in the assessment of Learning Disabilities and Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder, mental health crisis intervention, and consultation, outreach and prevention activities. Training program will be of interest to individuals with a doctoral degree in Counseling or Clinical psychology and are seeking postdoctoral supervised clinical experience. Fellows receive four hours of supervision weekly, at least two of which will be individual.

Fellows do intake assessments, carry a case load of therapy clients, present at case conferences, perform crisis intervention, conduct educational programs, collaborate with other campus offices, conduct psychological assessments for Learning Disabilities and Attention Deficit Hyperactive Disorder and participate in interdisciplinary staff meetings. In addition, fellows will be asked to participate an in QA/QI activities. Fellows receive clinical supervision from New Jersey licensed psychologists, as well as intense supervision of assessment practices and assessment report writing. A major portion of training is in the delivery of therapy services.

Consistent with the current application of Rutgers Policy 60.3.22, this position requires a fully on-site work arrangement and may be eligible for a compressed workweek or a flex workday schedule. The flexible work arrangements outlined in Rutgers Policy 60.3.22 are part of a pilot program that is effective September 1, 2022 through August 31, 2024. Therefore, there is no guarantee that this flexible work arrangement will continue beyond that date. Flexible work arrangements are not permanent, are subject to change or cancellation and contingent on the employee receiving approval in the FlexWork@RU Application System. Qualifications

Minimum Education and Experience
Requires a bachelor's degree in a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience. Also requires a minimum of three to five years of relevant professional experience in an administrative and/or supervisory function, excellent communication skills, and computer literacy.

Requires a bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education/experience in the discipline. A master's degree in a specialized discipline may be required, particularly in research, project management or managerial positions. Also requires a minimum of five years experience and/or increasing functional responsibility in a leadership/managerial role. With a master's degree requirement, a minimum of three years of related experience is acceptable. Excellent communication skills and computer literacy.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Candidates must have completed a doctoral degree in Counseling or Clinical Psychology from an APA accredited or APPIC member graduate institution and must have completed a pre-doctoral psychology internship. They must demonstrate an ability to work with a diverse student population, competence in psychological assessment, and knowledge of developmental issues of college students. The ability to work collaboratively with students, faculty and staff is required. Candidates will be required to submit verification of completion of their doctorate prior to the start date.
