Duty/Responsibility | Perform tasks related to cleaning of carpeted floors, concrete floors, vinyl floors, wood floors, tile floors and rubber floors. Perform tasks related to maintenance of floors and other surfaces including spot cleaning, extraction, vacuuming, mopping, washing, scrubbing, scraping and buffing. Perform tasks related to the renovation of floor surfaces. Including the application of water-based urethane finishes. Dust or clean other surfaces including doors, glass, windows, walls, counters, chairs, benches and hockey rink boards. |

Duty/Responsibility | Operate and provide operator maintenance for automatic scrubbers, power sweepers (including rider-type), vacuums and buffers used in connection with building cleaning. Use approved methods and formulas to mix cleaning chemicals for application. Store and dispose of chemicals according to approved guidelines. |

Duty/Responsibility | Perform tasks that provide a clean and healthy environment in the Hamel Recreation center and Whittemore Center arena locker rooms, bathrooms and public restrooms, including approved methods of handling and cleaning blood-borne pathogens and other bodily fluids. |
