1st Shift Production Supervisor
The proper candidate will spearhead a crew of hourly personnel, shaping them into a cohesive, high-performing unit, ensuring quality, safety, and impeccable coordination. Seeking a candidate who will go beyond mere compliance and inspire genuine commitment.

Qualifications:
- A college degree or its equivalent is preferred.
- 5+ years in manufacturing, with at least two years showcasing leadership prowess.
- Familiarity with packaging manufacturing techniques
- Proven experience in enhancing production efficiency and cost-cutting.
- Bilingual: Fluent in English and Spanish, in speech and writing.
