Responsibilities

Job Summary

Lead cross-BU and cross-functional efforts to ensure coordination, execution and measurement of annual marketing plans and critical ad hoc projects. This role will drive strategic thinking and alignment on the planning, timing, accountability and resource allocation of key NoA commercial projects such as controlled distributions, full product launches, and annual marketing tactics. With a focus on execution, the incumbent will increase our organization's ability to deliver major projects on time and with full visibility and alignment on critical tasks to get there. Direct line of communication with NoA Marketing, Sales and Service leadership. This role will be involved in all aspects of delivering high impact commercial initiatives into the markets Werfen serves.

Key Accountabilities

  • Partner with Commercial Operations (Marketing, Sales, Service) as well as Strategic Business Units to facilitate planning for controlled distribution: focusing on tracking progress against site selection, contracting, training, go-lives and collection of both quantitative and qualitative data to inform full launch
  • Translate NoA Marketing full product launch plans into cross-functional project plans/Gantt charts to drive clear ownership, accountability and timing of each tactic. Track progress against development of each tactic through WW Comms and Regulatory Review process and measure success of in-market execution via clear metrics with team read outs to drive course correction/optimization as needed to ensure successful NoA product launches
  • Map each BUs annual marketing plan looking for synergies with an eye towards the cadence and sequencing of tactics. Work closely with WW Communications to track timing of deliverables into market
  • Partner with Sales Operations to create dashboards to track BU CTAs and lead monthly read-out meetings
  • Ensure one Werfen ADLM NoA strategy in close partnership with WW Communications so that there is a clear, cohesive plan to drive cross BU messaging at company booth, at symposia, and from the podium tied into pre/post conferences campaigns
  • Lead agenda creation process for monthly NoA Marketing meetings and quarterly Marketing alignment meetings to highlight progress against major commercial initiatives and areas for improvement

Networking/Key relationships

  • Must be able interface on a regular basis with assigned client groups as well as other functions across the organization as needed

Qualifications

Minimum Knowledge & Experience required for the position:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management or Marketing or a related discipline, required
  • Minimum of 8 years experience in the diagnostics industry required.
  • Minimum of 5 years in a role with project management responsibilities

Management has the discretion of substituting relevant work experience for a degree and/or making exceptions to the years of experience requirement.
