The Partner Success Sales Strategy team is a high-performance team chartered with defining the future of Salesforce's partner ecosystem's capacity & capability for pre-sales & post-sales motions. Our team is responsible for ensuring that the partner ecosystem continues to have the capacity and competency required to deliver on our high-reaching growth targets.
About the Role
The Partner Success Snr. Analyst will work with the Partner Success Sales Strategy team & Partner Success leadership team to scope and deliver multi-functional transformation initiatives.
Examples of projects you will work on range from the very strategic to the very operational: Program Scorecard design, business model definition, process improvement, data modeling, data insight analysis, visualization and data processing tool development, project management, and regular business performance reviews.
You will interact with all areas of the Industries & Partners organization with regular exposure to senior leaders, as well as working closely with business partners in the technology, strategy, operation, marketing and directly with the Salesforce partner ecosystem.
The successful candidate will possess superior analytical and critical thinking capabilities, a good work ethic, ability to learn fast and handle ambiguity, and be highly collaborative. Demonstrated experience in go-to-market strategy, partner management, program design, and tracking performance through concrete KPIs is a must. We consider candidates from other business or engineering backgrounds that can demonstrate solid analytical and business capabilities.
Responsibilities:
Reporting and Data Insights:
Lead ongoing analysis of business performance to support daily operations and monthly/quarterly business reviews
Develop and deliver fact-based and decision-oriented presentations for senior leaders and regional leadership
Provide recommendations for reporting improvements and develop proof-of-concept processes for effective Salesforce and data management
Design and interpret key performance metrics to deliver insights & recommendations
Support ad-hoc dashboard and data requests, offering insights to various teams, including the partner program scorecard design, metrics update, A-B testing, and scenario analysis
Data Management
Wrangle and analyze large datasets using Salesforce, SQL/Snowflake, Tableau Prep etc, to identify and handle risks in various processes
Develop and maintain robust data validation processes to ensure data accuracy across different dashboards
Develop automation and improve process to accelerate and simplify data analysis and data processing
Dashboard Design and Maintenance:
Develop UI/UX prototypes or mockups for dashboards to improve user engagement
Design, build, and maintain interactive dashboards in Tableau and Tableau CRM, ensuring efficient performance and handling of row-level security
Build dashboard tutorials, document process flows, and establish standards and requirements for various use cases, catering to both technical and non-technical audiences
Construct and deliver comprehensive training on new and existing dashboards to diverse business units.
Develop tools and models to analyze key performance metrics
Program Management
Coordinate and lead multi-functional meetings, document decisions & follow-up on actions
Manage projects including tracking tasks, issues, system requirements, and risks
Improve enablement/change management processes
Support strategic initiatives including operational reviews to identify key actionable areas of improvement
Required Skills / Experience
3-5 years work experience focused on quantitative analysis or consulting, using both data and logical reasoning on a regular basis
Experience using databases for analysis - Tableau/Einstein Analytics, Business Objects/Alation, and Python/SQL is preferred
Strong presentation skills, especially related to compelling data visualizations
Demonstrated ability to structure and transition complex problems to solutions
Excellent written and verbal communications skills
Valuable work experience focused on scaling operations and/or logical reasoning
Self-starter motivated to go above and beyond the task at hand and succeed in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
Bachelor's Degree in an analytical discipline such as computer science, economics, or business administration is ideal but not required

For New York-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $115,200 to $158,400.For Colorado-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $96,000 to $132,000.For Washington-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $105,600 to $145,200.For California-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $105,600 to $158,400.Compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
