Job Summary
The Sourcing Analyst is responsible for collecting and analyzing data used to elaborate reports for actual and forecast spend and PPV (Purchasing Price Variance). Share reports on a regular basis (monthly/quarterly) to Commodity Managers and Stakeholders.

Essential Functions

  • Collect and analyze data points to elaborate spend and PPV reports.

  • Validate reports with Commodity Managers and Finance.

  • Maintain data integrity in Oracle for key fields used in data collection to classify spend.

  • Administrator for digital tools used for RFx, Project Pipeline, Risk Management and Contract management. Elaborate reporting on these on ad-hoc basis.

  • Create and publish RFx's in supplier portal, assist suppliers as needed to submit bids.

  • Administrator of ZOLL's Small and Minority-Owned Business Contracting. Elaborate reports to agencies on annual basis and provide ad-hoc support to stakeholders as needed.

  • Buyer for NPI (New Product Introduction)


Required/Preferred Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree Business Management preferred

  • 3 Years Experience in Procurement


Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Strong analytical skills

  • Strong communicating skills, comfortable discussing reports with different departments

  • Can demonstrate strong written and verbal presentation skills

  • Microsoft Office proficiency
