What you will accomplish together with us:
- You will preparelipid nanoparticles using microfluidic devices and analyze physicochemical properties of the LNP.
- You will maintain mammalian cell culture.
- One of your tasks will be to perform microscopy and process the images.
- In this role, you will run systematic experiments of IVT reaction on bench-top bioreactors, collect and analyze the data.
- In the event of an issue, you will troubleshoot issues with experimental design and execution.
- You will summarize data, interpret results, and format data for reporting via presentation or publication.
What will convince us:
Education
- Pursuing a Bachelor, Master, or PhD in bioengineering, biomedical, chemical, mechanical engineering, or related field.
Experience
- Hands-on laboratory work including cell culture and handling of RNA.
- Ideal to have an experience with one or more of the following: DLS, Nanoparticle tracking analysis, RiboGreen assay, PCR, HPLC, design of experiments (DoE)
- Experience with nanoparticle formulation, microfluidics instruments, and in vitro transcription is plus.
- Strong desire to work on multidisciplinary projects.
- Ability to learn new technologies and skills quickly.
- Willingness to go above and beyond and take on new challenges.
- Strong oral and written presentation skills.
