Credence Management Solutions, LLC, is seeking a Cyber Instructor and Curriculum Developer who will be primarily responsible for supporting the Air Force Institute of Technology School of Strategic Force Studies (AFIT/EX) at Wright-Patterson AFB, OH.

AFIT/EX develops airmen, joint service members, and our international partners prevail in current and future conflicts by providing relevant and responsive nuclear, space, and cyberspace PCE.

Cyber PCE: The mission of the School of Cyberspace Professional Continuing Education is to inculcate the Air Force's cyberspace force and joint force members with the knowledge and skills necessary to prevail in current and future conflicts. Graduates will be able to apply offensive, defensive, and information network operations to support all aspects of the national defense strategy.

Nuke College: Develop Nuclear Enterprise Airmen with a comprehensive understanding of nuclear deterrence, assurance, and the critical thinking skills and knowledge of nuclear deterrence and assurance challenges in the 21st Century.

Administers professional continuing education (PCE) courses.
• Develop, maintain, and teach course material in a dynamic curriculum related to cyberspace operations and Joint planning, to include USAF weapon systems.
• This involves coordinating course offerings at various locations; documenting courses in accordance with Air Force, AFIT, AU and AETC policies; and conducting post-offering assessments.
• Perform security duties as needed, to include physical security and escort of students as required.
• The individual will be required to interact with various course sponsors to interpret education needs to develop (working with USAF Instructional System Designers) and instruct cyber education content.
• Instruct in various settings to include traditional classroom settings and distance learning and will be required to travel to different sites to instruct.
• Participate in consultation efforts, and attend or participate in workshops, conferences, technical interchanges or similar venues as approved by the Government on a case-by-case basis.
• Assists faculty and staff with graduate-level research, including literature reviews, data collection, technical writing, instruction, and other duties as required.

• Clearance: Top Secret/SCI or ability to obtain Top Secret/SCI
• Bachelor's Degree Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field and ten (10) years relevant work experience
• Ability to perform effective oral and written communication to students in a classroom, teaching environment
• Previous experience in cyber operations or related field.
• Highly desired: Knowledge of DoD or Air Force cyber operations policies and guides
• Highly desired: Knowledge of DoD planning processes
• Highly desired: Familiarity with Instructional Systems Design, particularly DoD curriculum development, training, and education methodologies
• Highly desired: Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP)
