Overview
Research Informatics Operations (RIO) is a division of the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute (DFCI) Informatics and Analytics department (I&A) led by the Chief Data & Analytics Officer of Dana-Farber.
The Business Analyst II will primarily address the needs of basic research and research administration but will also support clinical research and clinical trials research domains as needed. The candidate will participate in the design and solution delivery of research applications, services, and initiatives to enhance the functionality and accessibility of DFCI's computational resources and information technology platforms. The incumbent will collaborate on complex projects, support high-profile users, and assist in re-engineering and developing new business processes to support DFCI's need for automation and process development for new basic research initiatives. The incumbent will work under the guidance of the Associate Director, Account Services and the RIO Management team.
