What this job involves: The Junior Reliability Engineer is responsible for performing data validation around assets (HVAC Equipment, Electrical Equipment, etc.) that are managed by both Mobile and Static Facilities Management Technicians at all managed facilities within our Florida Regions. This will include gathering basic asset information as well as providing a condition assessment of the facilities and associated assets.
What is your day to day? Travel to facilities managed by JLL and Client Real Estate personnel throughout the assigned territory to perform asset/equipment validation
Work with area and regional real estate personnel to identify all facets of the facility that are in scope for assessment
Perform asset data gathering on these facilities. This includes but is not limited to: HVAC
Electrical Components (including UPS systems, generators, switchgear, distribution panels, etc.)
Fire Life Safety Components
Garage Doors
Security Gates
Lighting Systems
Develop condition assessments on all assets based on visual inspections as well as reviews of historical maintenance and inspection records
Organize and process all data gathered and prepare for upload into our Corrigo (CMMS) platform
Provide weekly project status reporting to account Operations Delivery Team personnel on data gathering and validation project status
Desired experience and technical skills: Required: A minimum of 5 years' experience in commercial HVAC or Electrical system installation and/or maintenance
Experience in commercial construction a plus
Requires a high level of self-motivation independent thinking
Ability to develop and maintain trust with internal and client stakeholders
Detail-oriented, organized, flexible, and a desire to tackle new challenges
Advanced computer skills (MS Office, including Excel, Word, Power Point, and Outlook)
Preferred: Experience in project management a plus
Certified Reliability Leader is preferred

Position will be considered hybrid however the individual must be located in the Central Florida area. Travel will be up to 75%.
